Celebrating abundance

Clothing Pop! is — you guessed it — a pop up, all gender clothing swap. Bring what you don’t want, take what you do. No money exchanged. All are welcome!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Swapping clothes, baby! A free, no-money-exchanged event where you bring clothes you don’t want and take home clothes you do.

Everyone lays out what they brought, and then we all go shopping (for free!). There’s no counting how many items you bring or how many you take—just take what you need and leave what you don’t.

  • Bring any gently used clothes, shoes, and accessories. Please leave any furniture, makeup, books, and other household items at home — these are challenging to manage if left behind.

  • When you come to the swap, you’ll see a few labeled sections, like “femme tops” and “masc bottoms.” You’ll sort whatever you’ve brought into the different areas, then browse, try things on, and take home anything that works for you.

I recommend wearing layers so you can try things on as you go. Depending on the location, access to bathrooms or dressing rooms varies.

  • Yes! No questions ask, come hang out!

  • All remaining clothes are donated to local shelters, depending on need. Typically, this includes Corpus Commons and City Light.

  • Wow! Thanks so much for being interested in lending a hand <3 The biggest need is on event days, particularly with teardown. This mainly involves packing up clothing into bags after the event and delivering any extra clothing to shelters. I’d also love help with setup, bringing food for event days, providing mirrors for setup, or pitching in wherever needed.
